The Love Jacked movie campaign was a robust media blitz that included a full media buy by Key Art + Design along with all of the design and production. The campaign included poster, secondary poster, trailer, bus shelter campaign in Vancouver, digital highway billboards, digital board ads in Toronto’s underground path system, the trailer on a digital board and billboard takeover at Yonge Dundas Square, standees, buttons, post cards, and a full selection of digital assets for use in their broad social media campaign.
This campaign was rolled out for the film’s release in the US as well.
We love movies. We -really- love Canadian movies! We were enlisted by the folks at Reel Canada to help them come up with an identity for their massive initiative of creating National Canadian Film Day.
Once they told us about the idea we went crazy for it and had a blast weaving Canadian cultural icons into the film world, keeping it fun, cool, and well just damn NICE. Like us Canadians. :)
The campaign included the initial overall brand, posters, TV commercials, radio ads, postcards, a website, social media icons and social packages for fans and supporters to use, as well as corporate sales kits and more.

Algonquin’s campaign included creative sessions with the films director Jonathan Hayes, to conceive the unique vision for the key art. An in-studio photo session was executed with lead actor Mark Rendall to give us the base imagery for the poster.
From there, the entire campaign grew to include posters, flyers, in-theatre banners, trailer, website, a TV campaign, and billboards, as well as specialized event promos organized by Key at the Outdoor Life Show.

The Troublemaker is a documentary from talented filmmaker Sasha Snow that released August 21, 2020 on Vimeo On-Demand. We are proud to have created the trailer for it.

For Stand! The Musical we consulted on the films entire release strategy and when the film opened it was the highest growing Canadian Film that week. We developed the social strategy, created key art, trailers, 3-dimensional standees for in-theatre, social videos, animations and banners, along with radio and TV ads.
The Husband campaign contained all of the elements of a major film release as well as a unique pre-roll ad campaign on YouTube that gave users snack-size videos of the film, showing them a little more each time depending on how many teasers they had already watched.
Another element of the campaign that we developed in support of the films narrative was a series of faux Advice/Gossip columns that would appear in arts magazines next to the films ad.
